Hi-Fibre – Traditional Rice

Mr. Brown is minimally processed Rice with only the external hull removed.  The rice appears brown in colour however contains tremendous nutritional value loaded with Fiber, Vitamins, Minerals and Essential amino acids.  The Glycemic Index (GI) of Brown rice is 55 compared to 70 of common White Rice.  Rice with Lower Glycemic Index releases carbohydrates at a slower rate which makes it suitable for Diabetic patient.
